SaaSBrawl.lol is a satirical community benchmarking and digital advertising platform. All monetary contributions ("Sponsorships", "Boosts", "Marquee Roasts", "Apex Boosters") constitute the immediate purchase of digital advertising inventory.
EXPLICIT NON-GAMBLING DECLARATION:
SaaSBrawl.lol is NOT a gambling service, betting platform, lottery, or penny auction. Users do not wager on outcomes, and there are NO cash payouts, dividends, or monetary prizes distributed to participants or backers.
Every transaction delivers an explicit digital deliverable:
- A public backer credit recorded to the permanent match ledger.
- A 10-minute pinned marquee broadcast across active spectators (for qualifying tiers).
- Permanent do-follow outbound link attribution for the victorious tool.
2. Trademark & Parody Fair Use Disclaimer
All product names, fictionalized brand titles (e.g. Curzr, WaveSurf, Hyperbase, Pyrobase, Vektor, Jammra), logos, and references on SaaSBrawl.lol are used under the principles of fair use, parody, and satirical community commentary under 17 U.S.C. § 107.
SaaSBrawl.lol is not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any proprietary brand mentioned, unless explicitly marked as a "Verified Official Partner".

4. Content Policy & Acceptable Roast Standards
When submitting custom roasts or marquee messages, you agree not to submit:
- Defamatory, libelous, hateful, racist, or discriminatory statements.
- Personally identifiable information (PII) of private individuals or private corporate communications.
- Malicious URLs, phishing links, or deceptive redirects.
We reserve the right to redact or remove any roast violating these standards without refund.
5. Payment Processing & Refund Policy
Payments are processed by Polar.sh acting as Merchant of Record. Because digital deliverables (health shift, marquee broadcast, ledger entry) are delivered immediately and permanently upon payment confirmation, all sponsorship transactions are final and non-refundable, except as required by mandatory consumer protection law.
